    Good product but very pricey

    Good product BUT very poor customer service. Would never deal with them again and will tell others. Received the incorrect product twice. Eventhough it wasn't what I ordered (their mistake, not mine), I kept the mouldings and used them anyway, since it was a custom order. Was owed $56.50 and after numerous calls, emails, and copies of receipts I only received $18. of the $56 that was owed to me and this was many, many months later. I never once received a return phone-call and no one ever responded to my emails. Just cannot believe how I was treated.
